This is my own personal tribute and gratitude of interacting with nature's sheer beauty and in meeting the local inhabitants of the place. It is worth mentioning that each one of us should have the responsibility of preserving the natural state of these sanctuaries that continue to hold us spellbound.
Starting point to Caramoan....
- From Legazpi Satellite terminal, take filcab going to
- From CBD terminal, take again filcab enroute Lagonoy-Sabang. Travel time is 1.5 hours. The filcab goes directly to Sabang port where passengers are chartered by boat going to Caramoan peninsula. Fare: Php80.
- Boats that ferry passengers to Caramoan starts at 5:30am until 2pm. So its better to catch the early trip so as not to be carried on men’s shoulders since boats could not dock at the planks of pier during low tide. Sea journey is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and fare costs Php120 each.
